What: what is Happy Company?

Happy company can meet employees’ ever-increasing happiness demand. It’s core culture and typical characteristic is that they treat people as the foremost important.

Why: why do we want to build happy Company?

Happiness is the core competitiveness of an enterprise. At modern society where people pay much attention to what they want, a company can’t keep alive without talented people. Also happy Company has much attraction to talented people. Only when employees are happy will the employer be happy, and when there are a lot of happy companies can China be full of happiness!

How: How to build happy company?

Work happily: common prosperity; mutual development; be respected; live a healthy and long life. The best company is the company with happiness maximization instead of profit maximization. The construction of happy company needs everybody’s participation attentively!

Since 2011, Shanghai Chung Rong Spring Co., Ltd has set about to build happy company, under the leadership of company president Linxinyong, great love cultural department has been set up and it will guide the great love cultural development in full aspects, which mainly contain ten parts as follows:

   Part one: Staff birthday party

Great love department will hold Staff birthday party once a month, and make birthday cards which will be signed with blessings by department manager and General manager. Then paste the name list in Chongrong great love Wechat group, then people whose birthday is at current month will get birthday blessing such as “happy birthday” from everybody!

Staff birthday party can strengthen company’ cohesion, and sense of belongings, then promote the company culture construction furtherly, forming favorable enterprise centripetal force and let everybody feel company’s warmth.

Part one: Handicraft with lucky chance

Handicraft with lucky chance production Project: Handicraft with lucky chance is mainly birthday card; and the handicraft which coordinate with company’s big events, there is no limit for it. Which is mainly to present the theme and social elements trend, and it is nice, cheap and easy to make.  During the preparation, the manager starts to plan handicraft production project.

Then invite staff to study and make in rest time after confirming. Handicraft making can let everybody communicate and study with each other and build warm atmosphere, then get glad heart and lucky chance.

Part three: Mutual care of staff

To carry forward spirit that all staff unite as one, help each other , and strengthen the team’s appeal and cohesion, Employees great love fund committee is founded to help staff once any they are  in difficulty and send care to every staff who are in need timely!

Employees love fund; is raised by Chong Rong employees love fund committee, and used for Employee welfare concern and sympathy.

Employee care: Give fund to staff who or whose immediate families come across accident or natural disaster

Blessing of employees: Give fund to staff who or whose immediate families has big happy events

 

Part four: show solicitude in gerocomium

Respect the old and cherish the young is traditional virtue of Chinese nation, on the one hand, the activity can let the old people feel being loved , and strengthen our company’s sense of responsibility and let everybody know more about society , and pay more attention to this group, learn to be grateful and love, then carry forward traditional virtues of the Chinese nation. Every month, our company will organize staff to show solicitude in gerocomium.

Our company encourages their staff to build benign, Cozy relationship with old people in gerocomium, just like families. And keep these old people accompany from time to time, set one-to-one care case, and select the annual celebrity according to this.

Part Five:  bamboo coin banks.

 Bamboo coin banks derive from the spirit of Taiwan's Ciji : One day practice one charity and one person practice one charity. The activity is based on the families and combine other department, and collect money on a voluntary basis every month, then it adds up, small good deed can accumulate into strong power , then we can help others.  Each season, on the Friday of last month is recycling day, in the morning meeting, responsible officer will remind everybody to take  bamboo tube to Dining room at lunch .

After taking out all the money in bamboo coin banks at the end of every month, the great love department must finish counting before the Friday of last week in the month, and make a list. Then paste the list on the bulletin board and give the money to financial cashier personnel, at the same time inform personnel who responsible for great love fund to record. The accountant must put the money in great love account within I workday!

Pattern six: Cultural the true, the good and the beautiful

Cultural true good and beautiful cultivate the good and beautiful around us and record the good deed, and transfer time into the accumulation of power, and transfer space into display of wisdom, let the emotion between people into vivid chapter; To let more love story spread over company and society, company hope more company families join into the team; Through cultural true good and the beautiful , we record the footprint of happy business, and display to families the detailed story with character , picture , video, animation and so on. Witness the growth of the happy company.

The true, the good and the beautiful: true is to ask people treat others sincerely without hypocrisy and evil heart. The good is that we shouldn’t do harm to the interests of others, on the contrary We should do more things which is beneficial to society regardless of fame and wealth and pay, The beautiful is to ask everyone to be a pleasant person who always help others. The same with the true and the good, the beautiful requires both sincere heart and good deeds.

1:Chrongrong Cultural blackboard newspaper group: they will build happy Company’ cultural journalist group, and can collect text , voice , and auto record of all families , then place on file after getting the permission of families.

2: Company’s bulletin board will be updated once a season.

3: Advertising way to the outside: Paper submit, show PPT to the outside, and join relative activity held by the outside such as: photographic exhibition, solicit article with award and so on.

4; Skills enhancement: the team will provide related skill training, such as join training of the true the good the beautiful held by Ciji, also Ciji’s official website have related training video , for example  Ciji’ senior give a lesson in person.

5: Equipment: relevant articles and equipment will be provided by the group and be stored and maintained by group leader. Group member’ own equipment are allowed to be used, but all the fodder must be send to the group , and not allowed to be kept and coped by themselves.

6: Copyright protection and Outbound processing: all permanent group members have duties and obligations to protect copyright of all fodder. To protect every families’ copyright, no one are allowed to copy or send Words, pictures or video to the outside without permission of the group. When all the families send pictures to the group for rating, the group can only print for copy and are not allowed to utilize in other ways, if there are other needs, permission of the owner must be got.

Part seven: Company’s reading party

There are proverb as: You can get money and beauty by reading book. Read    and travel a lot, then you can learn a lot. Reading can not only gain knowledge and open eyes, but also can cultivate one’s taste and improve morality. So reading is in benefit of strengthen cultural and ideological standards of staff, finally promote Comprehensive quality development in an all-round way; Also can strengthen the communication of every departments, and advocate tenet of “ everyone eager to read a lot of good books in right way”

Great love department will hold reading party with different themes each week, then let families make spirit progress during mutual communication.  In morning meeting, they will share still thoughts from Master Cheng Yen, and Strengthen positive power by sharing positive sentence every day.

  Part eightReasonable advice

To cultivate management participation awareness of staff and give full play to   Employee's intelligence to give advice and pool wisdom to company’s development.

Company decide to encourage staff to find solution and problems for enterprise development , also provide reasonable advice. Chongrong group has particularly set reasonable advice committee for this purpose.

Advice content

A: improvement of management method, project and system

B: proposal for process optimization or design&development

C: Improvement advice of working way, method and efficiency improvement

D: Energy conservation and waste recovery and cost break down.

E: Maintenance improvement methods for Equipment toll

F: Advice for work shop management and improvement.

G:Company’ reform in all aspects.

Once the advice is taken, bonus will be given to the person who raise the advice, after getting examination and approval of review group, at the same time, it will be treat as one of the standards for annual bonus.

  Part nine: Environmental protection everyday (Purify your heart)

Earth is the only home we can live, and she shows us a variety of biological element, and so we can see high hills, thick forest, vast plain and endless sea. she is our human being’s mother because he create us. But now we can’t feel her vibrance. Chongrong launches environmental protection activity, which can strengthen staff’s environmental protection awareness and foster habit of environmental protection, thus to bring along people around to join environmental protection activity, thus to influence all citizens to protect and care our earth all together.

At 12:00 every day, about 100 environmental protection volunteers wear yellow   clothes and blue jacket with gloves in hand, and take Garbage pliers, trash basket and so on, divided into 10 groups and lead by group leaders, then set off from our company to surrounded 3 miles area for environmental protection activity.

After returning back to company, all the trash will be classified by specially-assigned person and sent to Ciji environmental protection station in Jiading, which turn “waste” into wealth, and reduce waste and ease the burden of earth.

Part ten: Happy land cultivation

Let company’s families enjoy working happiness and join the land cultivation in person and strengthen cooperation in the team.

Our company will set land for the cultivation of forest, farm, orchard, thus to add green to the earth and the staff can enjoy Pollution-free green vegetables. Seed and tool will be provided according to season and temperature by administrative department.

In harvest time, administrative department will arrange relative families to collect together.

Staff working in dining room can pick in the field if the dining room need.
